If you are looking for a healthy delicious idea for breakfast this banana walnut baked oatmeal is for you! Its so easy to whip up and you can cut it into squares and freeze them or even make them in individual muffin cups!
Of course feel free to use regular brown sugar, flour or milk as a substitute.
Ingredients:
3 Cups Old fashion rolled oats
2 T Gluten Free Flour
1 t Baking Powder
1/2 t salt
1 t cinnamon
2 large or 3 medium very ripe bananas
2 large or 3 medium eggs
1 1/2 C Almond or oat milk
1/2 C toasted walnuts
