WOW guys it’s been a crazy few weeks for this family! We took the whole family to a local carnival, then flew off to LA for the LAUNCH of Brooklyn & Bailey’s new skincare line ITK then hurried back to Texas to get Rylan to Homecoming and start prep on Brooklyn’s bridal shower. While Shaun went back to his roots in Idaho for his 30 year high school reunion and Spud Fest!

There was a fun pop up carnival in the neighborhood that was there supporting St. Jude Hospital so we decided to take the whole family for a fun night out! Shaun went for the games and I went for the rides! I don’t know about y’all but they are so scary and thrilling at the same time, I’m definitely an adrenaline junkie though! Even though she’s graduated (still can’t believe it) 😱Rylan went to one last homecoming with a group of her close friends. She graduated early so technically she’s at the age of someone who is in their senior year so it’s nice that sheI was able to go and pretend that she’s still in high school for one more night! And how cute were those heels…I might need to borrow those from her!

This week a few close friends and I threw Brooklyn a secret garden themed bridal shower. It took about 2 days to set up but the outcome was definitely worth it! The evening was so dreamy under the string lights, greenery, and lanterns and everyone wore green to stay on theme and match. Truly MAGICAL ✨ Hopefully Brooklyn and everyone enjoyed it, we are all getting so excited for the wedding soon!

While I did the shower, Shaun went back home to Idaho for his 30 year high school reunion and for Spud Fest (fun fact this was one of our first dates)! He got to see some old friends and family before heading to the Spud Parade! Basically it’s a whole festival about POTATOES! It cracks me up but everyone loves it, I mean seriously who doesn’t love a good potato!?

Phew, I’m exhausted and need some rest but I hope you all enjoyed this family update!
