It was THE PERFECT weekend wedding! Bailey & Asa were married on Friday, and this vlog will give y'all what it was like from the perspective of me and Shaun! We started the weekend with family & friends flying into town. Then the wedding rehearsal was Thursday morning. We then made preparations to attend the wedding rehearsal dinner hosted by Asa's family. That was a very emotional night, as each parent, siblings, and best friend took the time to share a few words about Bailey & Asa. You HAVE to watch Brooklyn's (coming later)... you are gonna cry. As well as Kamri, Rylan, and Paisley!

The morning of the wedding we had to make a judgement call to have the wedding in the garden, or inside. The forecast was for 60% chance of rain. We took a gamble to hold it outside regardless, and prayed that the rain situation would resolve itself. We had rain for about 45 minutes two hours before the wedding... then the weather was crisp, clean, and BEAUTIFUL!

I helped Bailey all day in the Bride Room. Shaun & Dax hung out with Asa and the groomsmen. Shaun had is "First Look" at Bailey, which was quite emotional for him! He kept saying, "You look just like your mom did!" SHE WAS STUNNING! We'll save most of that for the twins' video on Wed. The procession for the wedding was super emotional, especially if you see Brooklyn and Asa up front!

John Luke Robertson, Asa's cousin, officiated the wedding and Brooklyn was Bailey's bridesmaid with Willie Robertson Jr (also a cousin) as Asa's best man.

After the ceremony, we had a mocktail hour before the reception/party started. We hired a live band, Emerald City Band, that totally ROCKED the place! The father/bride dance, and mother/groom dance were so much fun, but the groomsmen dance was the BEST WE'VE EVER SEEN!
