For as long as I can remember, the story about my home town has been that there was nothing to do, and nothing to eat. And there are still a lot of people that feel that way.But I think they just haven't been looking.

Kelly and Charlotte have been quietly grinding way at their biscuits, brisket, pulled pork, and all forms of smoked meats on a mission to make their mark in the the thriving Tri-Cities food truck scene.And people are noticing.

If you find yourself anywhere near their trailer at the Hub, you will find excellent food, and even better people. I truly enjoyed my time with them.
