El Fat Cat Grill is a food truck in Kennewick, Washington that serves some truly excellent Mexican Fusion food. I got a chance to hang out with them during their Friday rush, and caught up with Felix after that chaos subsided. The constant line of dedicated patrons was like nothing else I have seen here before.
