In this video, we will show you how to brew amazing coffee with the Clever Dripper! It is a super underrated brewer. It is easy to use and produces a really sweet, clean cup.

Our recipe is:
1. Heat water to 205 degrees
2. Grind 30 grams of medium coffee
3. Pour roughly 90ml of hot water onto grounds and let bloom for 30 seconds.
4. Add remaining water to approximately 470ml and let sit for an additional 90 seconds (or 2 minutes total brew time).
5. Place on cup or decanter and let strain.
6. Enjoy!
