I'm one of those people who get hypnotized by the swiping of icing on a cake -- no matter what flavor or size. I'm lucky to have easy access to a branch of Magnolia Bakery in Grand Central Terminal, and I always find myself stopping by to capture the graceful movements of the hands decorating the cakes. Of course, they taste great, too! Something to check out when you're on this side of the world or coast of the United States. They are present in other locations, too.
