Leeks & Potato Soup
Ingredients:
3 medium size potatoes peeled & cubed
1-1/2 onion diced
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1-1/2 litres of chicken broth/stock
3-1/2 tablespoons butter
3-3/4 cups / 450 grams of frozen leeks (fresh is fine too)
200ml (1 small box) heavy cream
2 dry bayleafs
Black pepper to taste
Blender/Blitzer to puree
