Ingredients; serves 3 (easily doubles)
6 Large Egg Yolks
65g (1/2) cup of golden caster sugar
375ml (1 1/2 cups) of double (heavy) cream
1 vanilla pod or 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract - split length ways and seeds scraped
A pinch of sea salt
A little extra sugar to brulee
