All aboard! Heiko dachi is the first dachi (or stance) learned in Isshinryu. It is used in the Isshinryu Kihon, hence the “Kihon dachi” reference.
The feet are shoulder width apart and are straight and parallel to each other, like railroad tracks. Please check out my Isshinryu Kihon and Bunkai courses on Udemy.
