Master the Art of Beef Prime Rib: 3 Cuts for a Show Stopping Christmas Dinner!

Join Seth Perkins, One of The Bearded Butchers, as he expertly cuts Beef Prime Rib THREE different ways, guaranteeing perfect results for everyone's taste!

The Bearded Butchers begin the video by fabricating out the rib section from the front quarter of beef. Then, Seth teaches the audience three ways to transform 3 beef rib sections into different Prime Rib Roasts.

The first rib section is left as a Bone-In 7-Bone Rib Roast. For the second rib section, Seth carefully removes the rib bones, leaving it is a Boneless Ribeye Roast. Lastly, the third rib section is cut into a 3-Bone Rib Roast with the Bones tied back on, and a 4-Bone Rib End, Pre-Seasoned Roast with the Ribs tied back on.
