Try this easy recipe for the popular Italian cake with the delicious taste of lemon and peaches! A real culinary delight! 🍰🍋🍑

❗️Attention, I recommend using ingredients in grams as this is a more accurate and correct recipe! * Cup = 200 ml
Ingredients
Dough:
4 eggs
a pinch of salt
200 g (1 cup / 7 oz) sugar
200 ml (1 cup / 7 oz) milk
200 ml (1 cup / 7 oz) vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
Zest of 1 lemon
400 g (2 3/4 cups / 14 oz) flour
20 g (2 tsp) baking powder
Baking mold 14X30 cm / 5X12 inches
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / 350°F for 1 hour
Custard cream:
2 egg yolks
50 g (4 tbsp / 1.7 oz) cornstarch
100 g (1/2 cup / 3.5 oz) sugar
600 ml (3 cups / 21 fl oz) milk
1 tsp vanilla
40 g (2 tbsp / 1.4 oz) Greek yogurt
5 canned peach halves, diced
Assemble the cake like in the video
Let the cake rest in the fridge for about 2-3 hours
