Italian cake quick and easy! You will love baking and tasting it!

❗️Attention, I recommend using ingredients in grams as this is a more accurate and correct recipe! * Cup = 200 ml
Ingredients
🍰Dough:
2 eggs
a pinch of salt
100 g (1/2 cup / 3.5 oz) sugar
1 tsp vanilla
120 g (1/2 cup / 4 oz) Greek yogurt
100 ml (1/2 cup / 3.5 fl oz) vegetable oil
150 g (1 cup / 5 oz) flour
10 g (2 tsp) baking powder
Baking tin 25 cm
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / 350°C for 30 minutes
🍦Vanilla Pudding Cream:
1 egg
30 g (2 tbsp / 1 oz) cornstarch
50 g (3 tbsp / 1.7 oz) sugar
1 tsp vanilla
300 ml (1 1/2 cup / 10.5 oz) milk
heat and stir until thickened
30 g (1 tbsp / 1 oz) butter
Remove the bottom of the cake
Spread peach jam
Spread the pudding cream
🍑5 peaches, diced
Powdered sugar (optional)
