📋 INGREDIENTS:
Recipe 1:
Dough:
170g (6oz) butter
4 egg yolks
50g (¼ cup) sugar
1 tbsp vanillin sugar
4 tbsp 30% sour cream
400g (3⅓ cups) all-purpose flour
16g (1 tbsp + 1 tsp) baking powder

Filling:
150g (1½ cups) ground almonds
150g (1 cup) ground hazelnuts
100g (¾ cup) powdered sugar
4 egg whites
100g (½ cup) sugar
500g (1 lb 1¾ oz) low-fat quark
3 tbsp wheat semolina

Bake: 200°C (392°F) for 30 minutes on top/bottom heat
Baking tin: 30cm x 23cm diameter



📋 INGREDIENTS:
Recipe 2:
4 egg whites
pinch of salt
4 egg yolks
250g (1¼ cups) sugar
2 tbsp vanilla sugar
150 g (⅔ cup) yogurt
100 g (3½ oz) butter
300 ml (1¼ cups) milk
500g (4 cups + 2 tbsp) all-purpose flour
3 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp breadcrumbs
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 kg (2 lb 3¼ oz) strawberries

Bake: 180 °C / 356 °F for 50 minutes on top/bottom heat

Baking pan diameter: 30 cm x 22 cm (11.8 inches x 8.7 inches)
