🍰Ingredients
🍒🍒Jam:
500 g cherries (frozen)
70 g (6 tbsp / 2.5 oz) corn starch
150 g (0.8 cups / 5 ounces) sugar
150 ml (0.7 cups / 5 oz) water

🍰Dough:
3 egg yolks
a pinch of salt
80 g (6 tbsp / 2.8 oz) icing sugar
80 g (1 stick) melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
200 g flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder

Break off a small piece of dough and place it in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Baking pan 20 cm

🧁Cream:
500 g Greek yoghurt
50 g (4 tbsp / 1.7 oz) corn starch
1 tsp vanilla
Mix well

3 egg whites
a pinch of salt
130 g (0.7 cups / 4.5 ounces) sugar
Beat until the peaks are hard, then fold into the yoghurt

Assemble the cake as shown in the video

Grate 1/3 of the dough frozen

Bake in a well preheated oven at 180 C / 350 F for 40 minutes or until the top of the cake rises evenly

Ingredients:
3 eggs
200 grams of flour
80 g icing sugar
5 g baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
a pinch of salt
70 g butter (melted)

500 g Greek yoghurt
30 g corn starch
1 teaspoon vanilla

a pinch of salt
130 grams of sugar

3 apples (with skin)
40 g sugar
5 g corn starch
1/2 lemon juice
Cook for 10 minutes over low heat

Bake for 40 minutes at 180 °C.
Leave to stand in a baking dish for 30 minutes.
Powdered sugar.

Ingredients:
🍰Dough:
50 g (EEL) hazelnuts
100 g (1 cup) almonds
1 tsp cocoa (unsweetened)
1 tsp cinnamon
20 g (1 tbsp) sugar
3 egg yolks
a pinch of salt
80 g (6 tbsp) icing sugar
120 g butter (0.5 cup) (melted)
1 tsp vanilla
250 g (2 cups) flour
5 g (1 tsp) baking powder

Baking dish 23 cm

🍰Filling
3 apples
40 g (2.5 tbsp) sugar
5 g (1.5 tsp) corn starch
Juice of 1 lemon
Fry for 10 minutes at low heat

🍰Cream
200 g (1 cup) Greek yogurt
30 g (2.5 tbsp) corn starch
1 tsp vanilla
3 egg whites
130 g (1 cup) sugar
a pinch of salt
Beat with a mixer for 7 minutes until stiff peaks form

Almonds (optional)

Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees C / 356 degrees F

25:50 🌟🌟BONUS RECIPE🌟🌟

2 eggs.
100 g (1/2 cup) sugar.
1 pinch of salt.
10 g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar.
100 ml (1/2 cup) vegetable oil
100 g (1/2 cup) Greek yogurt
250 (1 2/3 cups) grams flour.
10 g (1 teaspoon) baking powder.

Peaches in syrup.

Baking pan 20 x 30 cm.

40 g (2 tablespoons) butter.
50 g (3 tablespoons) sugar.
50 g (4 tablespoons) flour.

Place in the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 35 minutes.
