WCW vs nWo World Tour is the first game in AKI's incredible series of N64 pro wrestling video games. Players could choose from nWo superstars such as Hollywood Hogan, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall and Syxx or the stars of WCW including Sting, Lex Luger, Ric Flair and The Steiner Brothers. The game offered a new intuitive grapple system that made matches a lot of fun, and fans quickly flocked to stores to pick the game up seeing as it was the absolute best grappler available at that time.

WCW vs nWo World Tour is really a tale of 2 games. The Japanese release (Virtual Pro Wrestling 64) varies greatly from it's US/EU counterpart, almost to the point where it's a completely different game. This video looks at these differences including gameplay changes, roster changes, and new modes and options that were available in VPW64.
