With WWE 2K24 just around the corner, let's go back and take a look at WWF WrestleMania 2000; the first N64 wrestling game to run on the famous AKI engine. WCW ended their relationship with AKI after the release of WCW / nWo Revenge, and so the WWF began working with the AKI alongside publisher THQ to bring out WrestleMania 2000 and the critically-acclaimed No Mercy on Nintendo's fifth generation console.
