Here comes another abs & waist workout pt.1 ! ;) This will be the 1st part of the 2 weeks abs challenge [Part-2 is now out!: • Ep2) Burn BELLY FAT & SLIM waist in B... ] and the upcoming 4 weeks full program, details will be out soon, stay tuned :) Depends on your body type, u may wanna adjust the length of it from 2 - 4weeks to obtain the best results!
