I've been getting calls and texts non-stop from friends, ex-coworkers, family members, etc., all asking me if I've seen the show The Bear. I've finally found some time to sit down and watch it to see what all the rage is about. I lived in Chicago for 12 years and have a culinary degree, and spent 15 total years in the restaurant industry, so I'm beyond excited to check this show out.
