We're taking a look at Fruits Basket Season 3 Episode 12 and the closure is real. My wife read the manga, I'm an anime-only viewer, and we LOVE talking about Fruits Basket. With Season 3 finally here we decided that we wanted to chat about the foreshadowing, psychology, symbolism, and our favorite moments from every episode from season 3!

On this week's episode we FINALLY GET THE YUCHI MOMENT WE'VE BEEN WAITING FOR! But honestly, it was great to see Yuki and Machi interact again in such a wholesome context and it was definitely worth the wait, and to top it all off we get to see Yuki's curse break with absolutely breath taking visuals really sending the curse of in a meaningful and beautiful way. We also get to see Akito finally reveal her true self to the members of the former zodiac sans Shigure and Kureno. We get to see the interesting dynamic between Shigure and Akito's relationship in action as she begins working on creating true bonds that are not facilitated by the curse. And we get to see Kyo and Tohru in all their glory looking towards the future together as they pave the way to towards happiness and self-actualization. Finally, the episode closes by giving us some great insight into Kyoko's final moments.
