1 teaspoon peanut oil (or vegetable oil)
2 cloves garlic, minced

Omelet
8 oz (225 g) ground chicken
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 large eggs
1 cup bean sprouts
1/2 white onion, diced
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/8 teaspoon white pepper powder
2 to 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
