In this video, I go over manual espresso in general and dive into making espresso with the Flair 58. I wouldn't call it a review, but I do go over the features of it as well as some of my thoughts!

(Clarification on screen statement- the openings on the flair 58 screen is about 4.25cm. On my other 58mm machines, the screen spans right at 5cm)
(Last thing- The blooming will occur only if you loosen the portafilter. The water is locked in the chamber once the portafilter is locked in, so just loosen it a bit, water will fill the head space, and blooming will begin.)
