This week, we're taking another look at the Flair 58 home espresso press, following our initial video two weeks ago. We received this model for free from the manufacturer, however, we have no affiliation with Flair Espresso and we are not a member of their affiliate program.

In this video, we show you our method for increasing the yield when brewing longer espresso shots on the Flair 58.

We used a 19g dose, in a 20g ridgeless VST basket to pull a 50g yield in 30 seconds. We used the most recent edition of the Mythos grinder from Victoria Arduino on a setting of 6,5.
