This exercise is simple but highly effective! Start with 2 feet of you cannot do 1 foot hops pain free. Start at around 20-30 seconds per set and add 5 seconds each session.
When you develop a strong and springy foot it’s amazing how many knee injuries and back injuries can clear up!
