4 medium/large potatoes
1 medium onion
9oz of Chorizo
1.5 tbsps garlic powder
Salt to taste

Tortillas
Frying oil



Toppings:

Shredded lettuce
Salsa/Hot Sauce of you choice
Onions or Pickled onions
Cilantro
Cheese of choice
Cream Mexicana or Sour cream thinned with a little milk
