The results of not eating after 6pm for a month. The absolute best way to lose weight! No, its not exactly the no dinner diet.. I'm serious! Keep eating what you eat, no need to work out or go on a diet. All that it takes is changing WHEN you eat. This is an awesome little method I learned from my brother in law. He lost 30 pounds in 1 month! Just by changing WHEN he eats. Apparently the stomach's normal working hours are about 5AM-5PM. Meaning the latest you should eat is about 6. (Which is already 1 hour overtime). To sum it up, any food you throw in after 6PM will digest veryyy slowly since you are making your stomach work during it's nap time. Most of that food sits there until morning when you throw in some breakfast on top. Anyway, long story short: To lose weight, stop eating after 6PM! Also, your meals are supposed to be no larger then what can fit into both of your hands. You probably all know that eating 5 smaller meals is better than eating 3 big ones. But that's definitely a good thing to observe as well if you have the opportunity. Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Linner, and Dinner makes 5. ;) Not eating after 6 does not mean you can load up on pop, juice, or other yummy liquids though. If you gotta drink, then only water. This has got to be one of the best ways to lose weight! So give this a try! Make it your way of life and become a fitter, healthier person!
