Looking for some gin-spiration? Here I use the flavour profiles of the Warners gin range to inspire some twists on classic gin cocktails, the Martini and the Mule for Tom Warner, the make of Warners Gin.

HARRINGTON APERITIF MARTINI
30ml (1 oz) Warners Harrington Dry gin (or other London Dry style gin)
15ml (0.5 oz) curacao
20ml (2/3 oz) amontillado sherry
Glass: coupe or martini
Garnish: orange twist

RHUBARB MULE
45ml (1 1/2 oz) Warners Rhubarb gin
7.5ml (1/2 oz) Stellacello or other amaro
7.5ml (1/2 oz) lime juice
Top with ginger ale
Glass: highball
Garnish: dill sprig
