Come with me as I try some of the classic Roman food you MUST try when you're in the Eternal City.

TALIANI ROMA - https://g.co/kgs/JH8dNE
A classic example of an authentic Italian café. A case full of pastries, fresh and potent espresso, and service at lightning speed.

PIZZERIA BOCCACCIA - https://g.co/kgs/jYGQW7
Pizza cut by the square. Often times the pizzas are coming out fresh as the shop opens so feel free to show up about an hour after opening time to see the most options.

ZIA ROSETTA - https://g.co/kgs/wZ4Qra
They offer the old school rosetta bread sandwiches in a mini and classic size ( I got classic size, porchetta) but the Minis are great if want to try several combinations!

SACRIPANT ART GALLERY - https://g.co/kgs/bH4vCA
A historical repurposed space that was once a convent and later home to a cardinal of the Vatican. Aperitivo is available all day. Cocktail service begins at 5pm.

LA CARBONARA - https://g.co/kgs/QaigPw
I had Rome's famous Carbonara dish and Oxtail stew. They don't take reservations and they do get busy so there may be a wait. Plan to visit near their opening times.

TWO SIZES - https://g.co/kgs/j5tH2u
Seems like everyone got the memo that this is the place to get tiramisu and it lived up to the hype. The keep things simple which is what I love most.
