This key lime pie is full of flavor and easy to make. It baked in just 15 minutes!

Semi-homemade Key Lime Pie
1 graham cracker crust (9")
4 egg yolks, room temp
6-8 key limes (or 2-3 limes) for 4 tsp of key lime zest
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup (80 grams) Key Lime juice (or lime juice)

Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Zest your limes. Combine zest, egg yolks, milk, and juice. Mix thoroughly. Pour batter into your prepared graham cracker crust. Bake for 15-17 minutes.

Whipped Cream Topping (optional)
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat until stiff. Decorate the top of the pie with the whipped cream. Sprinkle extra lime zest on top.

Freezes well! Cool completely, cover well, & remove from freezer the night before serving.
