For dough:
240g (1.5 cups) flour
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
80g (1/3 cup) cold butter
1 egg yolk
60g (1/4 cup) sour cream
Baking pan 18x28cm

For strawberry filling:
600g (4 cups) strawberries
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
40g (1/3 cup) cornstarch
30ml (2 tbsp) water

For cheese mixture:
100g (5 tbsp) soft butter
16g (2 tsp) vanilla sugar
90g (6 tbsp) sugar
3 egg yolks
300g (1.3 cups) cream cheese
300g (1.2 cups) yoghurt
30g (1/4 cup) cornstarch
Bake in a preheated oven at 160℃ (320℉) for about 45 minutes

For meringue:
4 egg whites
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
30g almond flakes
Bake at 160℃ (320℉) for another 50 minutes
