Happy New Year to you and your family. Have you set your New Year Resolutions yet? Well, before you do, let's discuss why I think you should forget New Year's. Resolutions in 2023.

I always have a hard time with the new year: it brings on a lot of deep reflection which causes me to over analyze and beat myself when it comes to what I didn't achieve in the previous year.

I want to hold space for those of you who are just like me and create a video that sheds on the truth of how we can achieve anything at any time with our desires in the new year.

Let's start off the new year with truth and create intentions that are achievable to help set us up in a direction that feels good.
