As someone who is Black and Hispanic, taking my health seriously hasn't always been my top priority! Well, things are changing because there has been a BIG scare with my health and now it's BIG CONCERN! So in this Day in the Life, I'm going to share things most content creators wouldn't share.

In the Black & Hispanic cultures, most women and men don't visit the doctors and we tend to suffer from a lot of health concerns. I used to be one of those people. However, things have changed and I hope this day in the life inspires you to take your health seriously.

Don't be like me! I refused to go see a doctor and now I'm suffering the consequences of that action. Take this as a sign from God - GO SEE A DOCTOR & get your yearly wellness checks.
