In this episode of Let’s Get Fat, Nakul and Arjun Mahendro of Badmaash (http://www.badmaashla.com/) in Los Angeles show Playboy senior editor Jeremy Repanich how they combined their Canadian roots with their Indian heritage to make a delicious Chicken Tikka Poutine. They start by marinating chicken thighs in yogurt, mustard oil, fenugreek, garlic and a mixture of spices, then they cook it in a tandoor oven. The Mahendro brothers put that classic Indian chicken atop the classic Canadian drunk food: poutine. A good poutine consists of fries, gravy and cheese curds. They toss their fries in some Indian spices to round out this outstanding dish that’s perfect for a night of long drinking.
