The Indianapolis 500 is one of the most legendary and iconic races in motorsports and American history. This year for the 106th Indy 500 I had the amazing opportunity to attend with the Chevy team! We received early access to the track the day prior and got a ride in the new C8 Corvette Z06 pace car around the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Then on race day we started with a police escort to the track, access to the team garages, meeting one of the Indycar drivers, checking out the Chevy race control trailer, pit and paddock access then we enjoyed the race from the Hulman Terrace Suites! What an awesome experience. The sights, the sounds, the smells, the atmosphere, it was overwhelming exciting. A thrilling end ot the race capped off an epic first every Indycar race for me.
