In this video, I am making Smothered Hamburger Steaks. This recipe is definitely a budget meal and a crowd pleaser. It is easy to make and filled with flavor. Cheaper than buying steak, but a great skillet meal with onions, mushrooms and gravy. I hope you like this as much as I do.
