In 2015 the Billets Hart allotments in Hanwell, West London secured funds to install a new drainage system and then took the opportunity to lay a new fresh water pipe in the same trench.

Billets Hart allotments are owned by the William Hobbayne Charity which is a long established charity that helps people in need in Hanwell. Funds raised from the allotment plot rents are just one way they raise funds, whilst at the same time enabling local residents to grow their own food.
