The lack of disability access in the fitness world is a global crisis. In the UK, disabled adults are twice as likely to be sedentary than their non-disabled peers, and in the US, two-thirds of disabled people get no or too little exercise.
Our Ambassador, Emeline Lakrout, is fighting to make fitness inclusive for everyone. Through working on a marketing campaign at Unilever with a leading deodorant brand, she reached a billion people and taught the world about adaptive fitness. Now, she is calling on you to make fitness spaces in your community accessible to people with disabilities. 💪
