American professional eater Randy Santel versus Manitowoc Pho & Grill's massive Asian Beef Pho Noodles Soup Challenge hosted by Manitowoc Pho & Grill in Manitowoc, Wisconsin!! While staying at our Milwaukee, Wisconsin house, I decided to head up to Manitowoc, WI so I could attempt the newer supersized Asian Beef Pho Noodles Soup Challenge at Manitowoc Pho & Grill!! I had just 45 minutes to feast on a giant bowl of Asian pho equal to around 6 normal-sized portions of beef pho. There were over 2lbs of rice noodles (dry weight) with over 2lbs of various beef meats - meatball, brisket, and steak. There were also some healthy Asian vegetables added into the bowl, and I even added the sides included, such as bean sprouts and jalapenos. There were four quart-sized ladles of beef pho broth added, which means there was over 1 gallon of soup broth!! Thankfully, challengers don't have to finish all of the pho broth, which is just optional. All of the noodles, meat, and veggies must be finished to win. I was trying to become only the second person to win my $60 supersized bowl of pho free plus a sweet custom t-shirt, a $50 gift certificate to come back and use later, and a spot on their Wall of Fame.
