We call The Dark Night Of The Soul that moment when the hero realises there is nothing left they can do. It is the darkest moment, just before dawn. They have given it their everything, and are out of solutions. It's the moment when all they can do is surrender, and have faith.

In this masterclass we look at a wide range of films and one TV show for examples, and place the story stage within the Hero's Journey, but also within the 5 stages of grief.
