Pitted against BJP minister and MP and Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat from Jodhpur, Congress candidate Karan Singh Uchiyarda tells Neelam Pandey that Shekhawat is to be blamed for the lack of water availability in Rajasthan. Confident of doing well in the Lok Sabha elections, Uchiyarda said Shekhawat is not being welcomed in villages across the Jodhpur constituency.
