For anyone lucky enough to spend time in Tehran, you will be welcomed by some of the warmest people I've ever met anywhere in the world. Located in the shadow of the 4000m Tochal peak, a favourite spot for locals to ski. And you'll find it hard not to leave without some of its famous (if not cheap) saffron. Oh and the leather shoes are fantastic quality.
