Crab Boil Everything Sauce (Juicy Crab Style)
4 sticks of butter (2 unsalted/2 salted) – use all unsalted butter if sodium is a personal concern.
1 Cup Fresh Garlic Minced
1 Chopped Medium Onion
1/2 – 1 cup chicken stock (depending on how tight or loose you like your sauce)
1Tablespoon Accent (optional)
1Tablespoon Chili powder
1Tablespoon Red pepper Flakes
1Tablespoon Lemon pepper
1Tablespoon Cajun Blackening
1Tablespoon Oregano
1Tablespoon Old Bay
1Tablespoon Paprika
1Tablespoon Cayenne pepper (optional)
2 Tablespoon Onion powder
2 Tablespoon Garlic powder
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions
1. In a large pot, melt butter over low to medium heat, once melted then add chopped garlic and onion and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Combine all seasonings in a bowl and whisk together.
3. Add whisked seasonings to melted butter mixture, stirring until well combined.
4. Add a ¼ Cup of Chicken stock at a time until desired sauce consistency is achieved.
5. Simmer for 30- 45 minutes for flavors to develop before serving.

If you have extra sauce, you can freeze it for up to 6 months. Just defrost, reheat, and enjoy when ready to eat

Crab Leg Instructions
1. Fill a large stock pot ¾ full of water. Add a 1 squeezed lemon, 1 squeezed orange and 1 Zataran’s Crab Boil packet, bring to a boil.
2. Add potatoes and corn and cook until fork tender, then set aside.
3. Add crab legs to pot for about 10-15 minutes.
4. Assemble bag or plate for eating.
