I’ve been off YouTube for a few weeks and I need to tell you why. Here’s my update on navigating Hashimoto’s Disease and what I’ve been spending all my time and energy doing recently (prepping for adoption, becoming a family of four, selling bread at the farmer’s market, and more).
I’m so excited to continue sharing my journey with Hashimoto’s and my new diet. And we are going to be making all kinds of yummy and nutritious foods so we can start making our farmers market menu for the summer!
