Here is the recipe for this delicious Southern Potato Salad with the twist of adding in some green pepper.

Southern potato Salad

4 to 5 large potatoes cooked
5 boiled eggs chopped
1 small onion chopped
2 to 3 ribs of celery chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 cup mayo
1 heaping Tbls Mustard
2 heaping Spoonfulls sweet pickle relish
Garlic powder to taste
Onion powder to taste
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
2 finger pinches of sugar

Assemble per video instructions.
