Here is a great and easy summer dessert. Blackberry Dumplings.

1 quart Blackberries
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp lemon juice

1 1/2cup ap flour
2/3 cup milk
2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 to 2 Tbsp sugar
Vanilla

Assemble per video instructions
