- Breadcrumbs

- 250g cabbage (4 handfuls)
- A few carrots
- 2 g (0.7tsp) Salt
- 2 boiled eggs
- 3 slices of ham (small)
- 7g (0.7Tbsp) Sugar
- 80g (4Tbsp) Mayonnaise
- 15g (1Tbsp) Honey mustard
- Ketchup (for topping)
- Cucumber (for decoration) can be omitted

โœค TIP
- Do not fry bread over low heat for a long time.
- I think it can be done in an air fryer too. Spray it with cooking oil and bake it.
