Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Rolls-Royce owners won't pay the luxury car tax because their vehicles are simply absent from the "luxury" lists of the Ministry of Economy and the State Foreign Information Service.

Each year, a tax of 25,000 UAH is required for the most expensive cars. There are several criteria for "luxury": the market value of the car must exceed 2.6 million UAH, and its age should not exceed 5 years. We know that there are many such cars in Ukraine. And we expected to see more than just 183 cars of 13 brands on the list...

Yet, we couldn't find any Ferraris, Lamborghinis, or other luxury cars that many of our prominent figures own. Vadym Korshenko delved into what made it onto the list and what didn't.
