During his time as a Member of Parliament from 2014 to 2019, Ivan Krulko, representing "Motherland," acquired two apartments in an upscale residential complex in Kyiv and two BMW vehicles – an X1 and an X5. This is quite impressive considering his parliamentary salary, but not very realistic. A more realistic aspect of his wealth is his involvement with the large hotel and restaurant chain "Apartel", which continues to expand even during the full-scale war. Krulko and his associates are also seen at the openings of new hotels within this chain.
