Today we look at the Heinkel He 112, a sleek, beautiful fighter that didn't achieve the success Ernst Heinkel dreamed for it. This fighter competed against several others, and most critically the Messerschmitt Bf 109. Though it ultimately lost, it still found some use in overseas service with several countries.
