I'm about 50lbs overweight and needed to change my life. At 34 years old, I felt like I was getting sickly. Having committed myself to running a marathon in February of 2024, I needed to get my body ready for the training, so I decided to start off by walking one hour a day for 30 days.
I was SHOCKED at the results and can't wait to share all the things that happened and the things that didn't happen.
